Hydraulic Jet Cleaners
The simple design has no moving parts, is robustly constructed and has a long operating life span. It is fitted with a purpose built specially constructed hose that has no wire reinforcing, which gives maximum flexability for hydraulic jet action. If correctly sized the Hydraulic jet Cleaner can be used to supply our mechanical Tank Cleaning Units.
Available in three ranges, Standard 'B' Unit; Super Booster Unit and 'BX' Unit, with throughputs from 350 to 3,700 gallons per hour.
Rotor Balls
Rotor balls are mechanical tank cleaning heads, which rotate slowly to give a thorough clean. They are driven by the flow of cleaning fluid, with an input pressure of 30psi to 50 psi.. The volume of water required is between 12 and 40 gallons per minute, depending on the size specified and the area of the vessal to be cleaned
S Unit Tank Cleaner

The Model 'S' is a mechanical tank cleaner designed for the effective and efficient cleaning of the interiors of all types of tanks. It can operate at any angle, for either side or top entry tanks. It is light enough to carry and does not have to be built into each tank, this is an advantage for road and rail tankers. The unit is made of Stainless Steel, and no lubrication is required. All moving parts have Stainless Steel and Fluon type bearings. Rotation is achieved solely by the flow of the cleaning medium.
Minimum operating pressure is 3.0 Bar up to 28 bar
- which gives effective cleaning up to 10 Metres range. Cleaning can be
effected with cold or hot water. Maximum operating temperature 95 degrees
C.
Approximate weight of unit 4.5Kgs.
Spray Balls

Standard Thick Wall Spray Balls have a 6mm. thick wall machined in 316 Stainless Steel, available with various drilling patterns to suit most applications. Each hole being 6mm. deep effectively becomes a nozzle producing a very efficient jet.
In addition to our standard range, Spray Balls can
be manufactured to customers individual requirements in most materials
including plastics.
